The cove is at its stillest before breakfast. Paddleboards wait at the beach club for anyone who wants the water to themselves before the day starts.
For guests who want to go under rather than across, a certified freediving instructor teaches breath work on the sand and then guides one-on-one sessions over the inner reef.
